Green & Little buys warehouse
Nashville Business Journal
Green & Little, a Gallatin-based real estate investment firm, has bought a 108,000 square-foot warehouse on Mapleleaf Drive for $2.6 million from a partnership led by Corcoran/Maddox Co. of Nashville.
The building, which houses Pal-Ex, a Dell supplier, Krispy Kreme and Building Plastics Inc., is fully leased, says Brian Camp, a broker for Trammell Crow Co.
Camp, along with broker Rick Helton, represented Corcoran/Maddox in the deal.
Corcoran/Maddox was the lead partner of a syndicate that had more than 200 investors. The group is liquidating the partnership, Camp says. It's the second warehouse purchase in the Nashville area this year for Green & Little. The company bought a 110,000 square-foot warehouse in Interchange City in May for $3.15 million from Crescent Resources.
